Ron Leibsohn has been involved in commercial real estate for more than forty years. He has owned and managed Leibsohn & Company since 1979. The company is a leading independent full service brokerage company in Western Washington State.  As an active Broker, Ron has represented many corporate clients, developers, institutional and individual investors. His experience also includes property and asset management. He has developed several major office building properties. Brokerage experience includes tenant representation, owner representation, site search, disposition, multi-facility representation and build-to-suite acquisition. Property type includes office, industrial, retail, and multi-family.

Tom has over 28 years experience in the management of commercial real estate. The past 24 years have been with Leibsohn & Company, as Director of Property Management. Tom oversees the management of more than 1,500,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial properties. Tom is known as a problem-solver who excels at keeping both the tenant and the owner satisfied. He sees property management as being a full service responsibility providing both fiscal and physical control of the asset to achieve the goals and objectives of the property ownership. He is proficient in all aspects of property management, including lease analysis, value enhancement, tenant improvement management, maintenance supervision, and rent collection. Tom serves on the Board of Directors for the CCIM Institute and is Past President of the Washington Chapter of the CCIM Institute. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Seattle/King County Building Owners and Managers Association.

Ron specializes in retail leasing and sales. Owning and operating his own retail store for over ten years has given Ron an insight that other agents may not have. Ron owned the Direct Buying Service Discount House from 1985-1996. During the past ten years in Commercial Real Estate, Ron has executed over $30,000,000 in leases and sales. He has worked deals with Tenants such as Starbuck's Coffee, Dollar Tree, Great Clips and Petco. He has also pre-leased up to 100% of shopping centers throughout Washington state. Ron and his team are the Western Washington Tenant Representative for Sports Rack, Fitness Outlet, Ritz Cameras, Boaters World, LaSalsa, Cartridge World and Massage Envy, to name a few, in their expansion throughout Washington State. Ron also represents Brides by Demetrios in their national expansion. Ron strives to ensure his clients receive quality and timely representation. Tyler's twelve year background in sales and marketing has made him an important member of the Leibsohn & Company team. He considers himself a very strong ally of his clients and works diligently to ensure that their real estate needs are taken care of. Tyler specializes in the retail market and has successfully represented both Tenants and Landlords. Over the past year Tyler and his team have effectively leased and sold close to 200,000 Square Feet of retail space, including Life-style Centers, Grocery Anchored Centers and Strip Centers. They have also assisted in the acquisition of several Owner/User retail investment properties for their clients. Tyler appreciates and understands that creating long-term relationships are the key to success. Dan joined Leibsohn & Company in 2003 and has proven himself as a very important member of the Leibsohn team. As a Bellevue Native, Dan's strong knowledge of the Eastside Market and his focus on developing working relationships with local Landlords and Tenants has culminated in bringing him and his clients success and satisfaction. Jill has over twenty years experience in sales and service. She began working as a Commercial Real Estate Agent in 2003 and joined Leibsohn & Company in 2011. Jill has developed strong relationships with her clients through effective communication skills that has helped ensure their goals are being met, decisions are being made and time sensitive obligations are achieved. Jill makes her client's interest a priority and is diligent in negotiating favorable business terms on their behalf.

Jill graduated for The Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. In her free time she enjoys yoga, golf and swimming.
