Evergreen Healthcare has signed a lease to occupy the entire first floor of the new Totem Lake Medical Plaza in Kirkland.  Currently under construction with delivery set for the 2nd Quarter, 2003, Totem Lake Medical Plaza is a 38,000 square foot building being built by John C. Radovich Development.

Evergreen Healthcare sought to expand some of their programs off-campus. Evergreen engaged the service of Leibsohn & Company to assist in locating medical office space.  The market for medical space in the area was very limited and Leibsohn & Company proposed space in a planned new building.  The building was originally designed as a general office building,  however, to meet Evergreen’s needs the developer made changes to meet medical requirements.

Tom Wallin and Chad Waldbaum of Leibsohn & Company represented Evergreen Healthcare in this transaction.  They have represented with Evergreen for many years working to meet the organization's off-campus real estate needs.
