Concero, a national technology company hired Chad Waldbaum of Leibsohn & Company to sublease their regional offices as they were moving out of the area in a reorganization of the company. Leibsohn & Company evaluated the space and made recommendations based on the current office market. Within 30 days of listing the space Chad was able to fully lease the 6,698 square feet. In addition to quickly leasing the space, Chad was able to include the sale of the furniture, phones and equipment that occupied the space to the new sublease tenants. Concero had originally planned to write off these items as a loss!
